I had a fantastic stay at the resort! The service was impeccable with friendly and accommodating staff, and the amenities, especially the pools, were delightful. My stay at Sri Phala was simply delightful, surrounded by beautiful gardens and lovely pools, making it a tranquil retreat. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, which really made me feel welcome during my 17-night visit. The breakfasts were great, and being able to ride the free bikes to explore Sanur was a wonderful bonus. However, I did notice that the location is a bit away from the main tourist areas, which could be a pro or con depending on what you're looking for.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel in late October. The staff made us feel very welcomed, and we enjoyed the unique breakfast options, including a delicious fish dish.
